Gulati joined Engage3 as Chief of Staff in 2022 to lead the Company’s first major M&A integration of Dexi.io upon acquisition. Prior to Engage3, Gulati held strategy and finance roles at MasterClass, a leading learning & development streaming platform, Moelis & Company, a leading global independent investment bank, and Box, a leading cloud content management company. Gulati received his MBA from The Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and his B.S. in Applied Mathematics and B.A. in Economics from UCLA.
